Small world play - This is under the sea. They especially
like getting all the whales and dolphins and sharks to eat
all the smaller fish.

what charming children making all the animals eat the wee fish. A nice room, pity they can only afford a mat for you to teach off!
The sad thing is that Victoria's fish actually CAN'T blow bubbles. Fish are pysiologically inequipped for such a release of gas. The child is clearly hysterical, and I prescribe either admission to an asylum or bloodletting. Probably both.
