ridiculous! i have been trying to book tickets to see harry potter at midnight on thursday on the internet and i cant get through. So i phoned the booking number and got throught to one of those clever answering machines that you talk to and it puts you through to the right info. Only problem was that i didnt understand me and kept saying sorry i didnt get that. So i had to talk to it in this ridulous english accent to make it understand me. I sounded like an old BBC lady to try and ensure that it would understand me. Then after i all that i found out that you cant book tickets over the internet as the system is down and i am to try again tommorrow. In the meantime i am going to keep trying the belfast number for the odd.

So apart from that how am i? Thats what i came on to write about. I'm good in general. Just a bit sad at the moment i think, but for no particular reason that i can think of. Just not feeling myself right now.

So funny though - eammon holmes just read out dont cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me - out as a question on the jet set and said it completley rarely! made everyone in the audience and me laugh!

Today was soul mates challenge in trinity in lisburn. It was great, it all went so well. Had a bit of a stress about group stuff - its hard letting go when you arent the group leader. But i was in my smog role today. The speaker - kenny- was so great - the kids really enjoyed his talk and i think theyll remember it. Nicky B had asked me to look after the worship at smc, not quite sure why becuase i dont really know much about worship and i wouldnt say that im particularly gifted in that area. But it is exciting becuase it'll make me grow. so i had to think up a response for the talk. the passage basis was colossians1 19-22. so i read it in lots of diff translations and in the niv it said about how we are without blemish when we are friends with god. What we did for the response was with 1p coins. We gave everyone out a dirty 1p coin and thought about all the things we do that make us less shiny and bright - the sins that stain us. Then we prayed and said sorry to god for those things. THen we swapped our dirty 1ps for bright shiny new 1ps. We thanked god for how when we become friends with JEsus we become new creations, shiny, bright and without blemish. It was good.

Other good things were sitting in the aisle in front of the tom team doing all the actions to the songs a beat ahead so they could copy me. It was so funny - its the same way i teach mime to kids helen and rozy thought it was funny too cos they kept laughing. It was good though because that way i could do the actions without being up at the front but the team still knew what to do. Although for God of creation i did them myself cos they are tricky ones to do. FUN FUN FUN.
